Building and Room Rentals

Is your organization looking for a place to hold a meeting? How about a banquet, birthday party, or other event? We have rooms and space available for you to rent. For more information call 304-744-4731. The Community Center has a 25 meter indoor swimming pool, basketball/racquetball courts, volleyball and more.

Room Rentals

Room 2: $40/hr Seats– 50,

Room 3: $50/hr Seats -100

Room 4: $30/hr Seats- 30

Pool Decks 1 & 2: $40/hr

All rentals receive a free 30 minute set-up time.
If more time is needed, an additional hourly rate will be charged.

A 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of booking to hold your event.
All remaining rental fees are due the day of the event.
The deposit is non-refundable.

Gym Rentals

  • Whole Gym: $60.00 per hour; minimum rental of 2 hours
  • Whole Gym & Downstairs Bleachers: $100.00 per hour
  • Whole Gym Up & Downstairs Bleachers: $125.00 per hour
  • Event with Tarp – Four Hours or Less… (whole gym): $650.00*
  • Event with Tarp – Four Hours or Less… (1/2 gym): $325.00

*Each Additional Hour $60.00

Activity Deck

  • Four Hour Rental or Less (Special Event with tables & chairs set-up): $275.00*

*Each Additional Hour $40.00
