The South Charleston Community Center offers various classes to fit your needs. These classes put emphasis on cardiovascular fitness, strength training, and exercise for the entire body.

Zumba
- A fitness program inspired by Latin dance and music with both fast and slow rhythms to help sculpt the body with easy-to-follow steps.
- Principles include interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning.
- Monday thru Wednesday at 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday 10:00am
Zumba Toning
- A fitness program that combines high intensity interval training (HIIT) with the science of Synced Music Motivation.
- In every class, music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your perceived limits, to reach your fitness goals faster.
- Thursday at 6:00 p.m.
Yoga
- An active, athletic type yoga that emphasis strength and endurance
- Bring your own mat. Monday at 7:00 p.m.
Yoga Pilates
- Core muscles of stomach, back, shoulders, buttocks and legs worked
- Exercises on floor mats. Bring your own mat.
- Monday and Wednesday at noon
Bootcamp
• 30 Minute HIIT Format
• Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday 5:30pm-6:00pm, Saturday 9:30am-10am
